Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind we offer a full refund on all orders within 30 days of purchase.

Simply contact us at sales@lampshadeworkshop.com.au with your order number and contact details.

1. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
2. Send all items back to us using the label provided and in the original packaging.

Once the items have been returned and inspected a refund will be immediately processed through the original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
